Water-based resin projects: mainly trial production of water-based epoxy esters, water-based polyurethane oils, industrial paints, floor paints, etc. The second organic department must make a good production record, including various indicators and abnormal conditions, and make feasible The operating procedures.

  5. Electronic grade chemicals project: In the near future, we will complete the project proposal, complete the small test before May this year, take out qualified products and submit them to the market, and strive to meet the conditions for production by the end of the year.

  The comprehensive department is responsible for the implementation of target management for the construction of the above new projects, clarifying the progress of each project, the responsible persons, time nodes, assessment rewards and punishments, etc.

  3. Grasp management and strong innovation
