1. Characteristics and Applications
Trimethylolpropane diallyl ether (TMPDE) is an excellent resin air-drying agent, which is widely used in unsaturated polyester resins to improve the drying speed and hardness of the resin surface, so as to facilitate polishing. It contains a hydroxyl group and two allyl groups, which can react with carboxyl groups during the esterification reaction.
Mainly used in unsaturated polyester resin, putty resin, acrylic resin, alkyd resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, water-based resin, etc.
The content of trimethylolpropane diallyl ether (TMPDE) produced by our company is higher than 90%, and the high content of diether can make the resin surface dry faster, better hardness and easier to polish.
2. Addition:6-25% of resin solids.
